Meet Regina Panza, our Founder and President

Paying homage to her Italian heritage, Regina established Illuminato to have a positive impact on others through enlightened learning experiences. Her "sweet spot" in learning and development can be traced to the intersection of three areas of focus in her life: psychology, business, and stage performance. Regina views development as a dance that never ends – she facilitates others adding new steps and applying new techniques while unleashing their individuality to achieve performance excellence.

Because she whole-heartedly believes that interpersonal skills are at the core of success, Regina awakens her audience to the impact their behavior can have and sparks new levels of understanding and commitment to personal, team, and leadership effectiveness.

She brings over 20 years of academic and pragmatic people development experience to her work with companies around the corner and across the globe in a wide variety of industries.
